Her Business Networks - Connecting Women in Business

The Her Business Networks operate throughout New Zealand for women employed in professional roles or self-employed as business owners. Her Business Networks provide opportunities for like-minded women to get together and to encourage and learn from one another through regular meetings.

The Meetings: The meetings are informal, with networking, socialising, trading, sharing and moentoring being key ingredients. Each meeting presents a guest speaker who has acheived national or international success in their field, allowing attendees to learn from their experiences and story.

When and Where? As your local Franchisee of the the Her Business Networks, I run meetings in both Marlborough and Nelson - Allowing the women at the top of the South Island the opportunity to attend their closest location, but also the opportunity to network with their neighbours. Most months you will find our guest speakers appearing in both locations, however we occasionally have to host a 'One Night Only' event, as in the case with Suzanne Paul (Marlborough) and Carmel Fisher (Nelson) - This does give our members a great opportunity to network with the neighbouring region, and is a valuable part of spreading our opportunities.

 

Network Membership:

Our meetings are open to all women in business, and members receive a discount on both local and national network meetings and events. Network members also benefit from a variety of promotional opportunities including members speaking spots at meetings, and directory listings, as on this website. Each Her Business membership comes with a 12-month subscription to Her Magazine.
